Quarantine procedures upon arrival at the airport could still take some time due to the congestion situation, even if you have registered via Fast Track. Your understanding is appreciated.

＊ Important announcement about Fast Track
Due to changes in the system as of 00:00 JST on September 7th, 2022, when you pre-register for quarantine procedures via MySOS Web (online) or the MySOS app, the screen will turn green or blue
if you have submitted either your vaccination certificate or test certificate for a COVID test taken less than 72 hours before departure, and our review has been completed.
(※this change will affect travelers in the order of the closest expected arrival date after the system change that takes effect at approximately 00:00 JST on September 7th, 2022)
If your submission is under review during the system transition at approximately 00:00 JST on September 7th:
If you have submitted your vaccination certificate and our review has been completed before the transition and your screen was yellow,
your status after the transition will change to "Review completed" and the screen will change to green or blue, even if your status was previously still under review or your test certificate (COVID test taken less than 72 hours before departure) was rejected.
（This process will be applied first for travelers closest to their planned arrival date. There may be a delay (about two days at most) in yellow screens switching to green or blue, but please rest assured that the process will be complete before you enter Japan.）

Please follow the app’s instructions to complete the questionnaire, your passport, register responses for pledge, and submit your vaccination certificate or COVID test certificate for a test taken less than 72 hours before your flight departure.
After documentation review at our Center is complete, the app screen will change to either green or blue.
